Petition in support of CLP’s grant application

Cooperative Light & Power (CLP) is applying for a state grant to the Minnesota Broadband Grant Review. The grant would allow CLP to bring modern fiber-optic broadband to Pequaywan and neighboring towns in the Cloquet Valley.

For example, under this grant, CLP would be able to offer area customers service at a speed of 100 megabits per second at a price of $60 per month, compared with the 7 megabit service they currently offer for about the same price. Even faster connections would be available at somewhat higher monthly cost.

Please complete the form below to express your support for CLP’s grant application. (Completing the form does not obligate you to sign up for the service in the future.)
